Who We Are
Arizona On The Move is a coalition dedicated to fighting for the rights of working families throughout Arizona. We are committed to actively fighting against anti-worker legislation during the state’s legislative sessions. We take a proactive stance against legislation that threatens the rights of working Arizonans.

What We’re Fighting For
Strong Schools & Education Funding
Strong public schools are the foundation of our communities. We support policies that keep education funding focused on local public schools so that every student has access to quality education. Unfortunately, programs like ESA voucher program divert public tax dollars away from Arizona’s public schools and reduce accountability for how education funds are spent.
Fair Pay & Economic Security
Working families deserve fair wages, earned benefits, and predictable paychecks. We support policies that protect minimum wage increases, sick time, overtime pay, and workers’ ability to manage their own earnings. Efforts to block wage growth or limit paycheck choices make it harder for families to get ahead.
Worker Protections & Job Safety
Every worker deserves a safe, respectful workplace and strong protections on the job. We support commonsense labor standards that prevent injuries, ensure fair treatment, and hold employers accountable. Weakening worker protections puts families and communities at risk.
Protecting Our Democracy
A strong democracy depends on fair elections, equal representation, and broad participation. We support policies that protect voting access, uphold independent redistricting, and ensuring consitutional processes are transparent and accountable.
